"Our award-winning ice cream is the perfect balance of all the "nesses”; freshness, lightness, and creaminess! With its carefully judged mix of milk and double cream, Churchfields has a denser more rounded texture. It is deliciously creamy, without being rich or cloying.
"We only ever use milk from our herd of pedigree cows, and combine this with local cream and the very best flavourings and ingredients. We do not use preservatives or artificial colours. Most of our ice cream is gluten free.
"We never tire of our favourites, chocolate, vanilla and strawberry, but we do get a real kick out of discovering new flavours, and creating our own twist on the classics.
Seasonal flavours are especially satisfying, as they are often deliciously evocative, as well as delicious."

"We are proud to use the finest British ingredients and only English hops, to produce delicious, notable beers. The vast majority of the hops we use are grown and processed just a few meters away from where our brewery is located, on Stocks Farm in Worcestershire: step out of the brewery door and you can see the hop yards!"
"Our bottle conditioned beers are the closest you can get to draught beer in a bottle. The beer has undergone secondary fermentation in the bottle, which naturally creates carbonation and a yeast sediment settled at the bottom. This means it needs storing upright and pouring carefully so as not to make the beer cloudy. We do not filter, nor add finings to our bottled beers and any haze will not affect their great taste."

"In 1938, Harry Workman founded Cotteswold Dairy Ltd when it was just a 30 gallon milk round. Harry grew the business by adhering to a strict policy of real service to the customer and top quality products.Today, these values are still at the forefront of our business and it is because of this that we are thriving as an independent, 3rd generation family owned dairy in a very competitive market place.
The business is now managed by George Workman, Harry's grandson and employs over 300 staff and continues to employ many of the Workman family as well as several generations of other families.
Working with local dairy farmers means that we are able to supply the highest quality milk and dairy produce direct to your door and to wholesalers and retailers across our vast distribution area."
